This is one part of a long comic call the Aquatic Festival to start out "Where's Pikachu"

Iris and Mark Violet are still fighting when the third member of their team shows up. Good Thing Jeremiah Green is there to stop the fight. On the other hand Cilan is still looking for Pikachu til he finds another person looking for someone as well! Cilan being a good guy comes to help poor Jay Gray look for his missing teammate. Will anyone ever find Pikachu?
